The Singaporean embassy in Hà Nội hosted a reception on Tuesday, commemorating both the 20th Anniversary of the Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the Establishment of the Việt Nam – Singapore Training Centre and the 20,000th Vietnamese Participant in the Singapore Cooperation Programme.
